So it's Thursday and time for a Throwback. 2012 was my favorite year by far especially because I had the best summer ever. I used to be an exchange student for a year where I lived in Maine, in the US. This summer my host sister / best friend came to Europe to visit and we had the best time ever going to Paris, a roadtrip to Berlin and traveling around in New England. These are just a few pictures capturing the joy of summer.
Summer is my favorite season by far. I cannot stand winter and I'm already soooo excited for this summer. Because after all; Hair gets lighter. Skin gets tanner. Water is warmer. Drinks get colder. Music is louder. Nights are longer. Life gets better!

If you ever go to Paris in summer you
have to see the fireworks
in front of the Eifel Tower on Bastille Day. Every year they have a 30-
minute long firework with a theme. Best one I've ever seen.

Maine is my second home and one of the most beautiful places in Maine is Acadia, a nationalpark. Acadia offers the most beautiful beaches, sunsets, restaurants and one of the best times you will never forget
